All standard power supplies of FuG Elektronik GmbH deliver highly stabilized DC voltage resp. DC current. The values of voltage and current can be set from zero up to the maximum nominal value. Variations of the mains voltage or of the load will be regulated automatically. The outputs are protected against short circuit and flash over. Depending on the connected load, the power supplies can work in constant voltage mode (voltage source) or constant current mode (current source) with automatic switch over. Ohmic, capacitive, inductive or complex kinds of load are possible. The output values can be adjusted by means of ten-turn potentiometers at the front plate (not for cassette power supplies) or optionally via analog or digital interfaces.
